Basic Units Patterson has basic units for long-term applications such as construction job sites that are strong, tough, and weather resistant. As a member of PSAI (Portable Sanitation Association International), our cleaning methods and chemicals meet and exceed industry standards. All long-term units are serviced once per week with bi-weekly service offered if needed.
